Hi there! It's been a little while since we've posted, and quite frankly, this is long overdue, but we wanted to sincerely thank everyone that supported us in our Kickstarter campaign. We didn't quite reach our goal, but we are grateful for all the support we received. It means a lot to us that you were willing to part ways with your hard-earned cash to help support us. Even though our campaign is done, that doesn't mean Galavant is over. We still have some work to do, but we plan on getting a working Galavant app out there!
And in case you missed our Kickstarter campaign, keep reading to see all that our campaign entailed. It's also a great way to get familiar with Galavant if you aren't already!
Our kickstarter is live and we're off to a good start, but we still need your help! Come check out our campaign and help get our app off the ground!
We are launching a Kickstarter Wednesday, July 3rd! When this timer reaches all 0's that means we're live!
We've been hard at work producing Galavant and we'd like to get it out into the world for everyone to use. Of course, nothing is free, which is why we chose to do a Kickstarter campaign. Our goal is to raise some money for a marketing campaign in a couple of cities and really spread the word. Galavant will work the best when there are a bunch of users in the same area so that when you log in to the app there will be events you can join. And when you create an event, there will be enough people around to join your event and make it a success.
So check out our Kickstarter when we go live. If you back us, we have some great rewards for you! If you can't back us, help us spread the word so more people can see it!
We appreciate anything and everything you can do for us. It's not something we can do without you! Below are a few images of the app that will appear in our Kickstarter Campaign. I also included a sneak peak of the rewards you'll get!
The Galavant Team
Meeting people is a difficult task. It takes effort, time, planning, and energy. Ideally, you go about your daily life and run into like-minded people that you instantly click with. Sometimes you’ll be at the gym and happen to organically start a conversation that leads to more conversation, which leads to a friendship. But most people are so internally focused when they are at the gym, grocery store, or [insert your activity here] that conversation generally doesn’t just happen on its own. When I’m out grocery shopping or running errands, I can’t imagine that I look all that approachable. It’s not that I don’t want to talk to anyone (well maybe sometimes), I’m just focused on getting my task done so that I can flop on my couch and watch my favorite TV show
